OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase due to the nature of the products we run (accessories, and discounted designer brands/limited editions). Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please simply contact us via email to request a return. Further instructions will be provided in email. 

1. Pack the item(s) you would like to return securely.

2. We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

3. The exchange of refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive your parcel.
